Q.1 Does Motorola WAVE PTX™ only work with a radio?

A – False.  Motorola WAVE PTX™ works with all devices that have an active subscription.  These devices include – a hand held radio – TLK100, an in vehicle radio – TLK150, an APP on your smartphone, a Dispatcher console for your PC and the Evolve – a rugged smartphone. 

Q.2 Can the TLK100 radio withstand knocks and drops?

A – True. The TLK100 radio is tough, robust, and built for the job with an IP rating of 54.

Q.3 The battery life on a TLK 100 Radio only last 6 hours?

A – False.  The TLK100 Radio can last up to 18 hours.

Q.4 The WAVE PTX™ service only operates within the UK?

A – False.  The WAVE PTX™ service operates across all the UK and Europe.

Q.5 There are additional charges for your calls once you hit a monthly limit.

A – False.  Simple! One device – one subscription – no additional charges – no data caps – making it easy to manage your budget.
