WM500 Wireless PoC Remote Speaker Microphone

When working in highly mobile, hands-on industries, you need quick and easy access to push-to-talk applications on your radio.  The WM500 is uniquely designed to give you the simplicity and security you need to perform your job efficiently and effectively.  The WM500 wireless remote speaker microphone is built with an internal battery that lasts up to 40 hours so you can remain focused on the task in hand.  Windporting technology allows you to communicate clearly in difficult weather by eliminating the howling sounds of wind blowing across your remote speaker microphone.

A 3.5mm earpiece jack provides you with the flexibility to receive audio communication more effectively.  Designed for durability, this RSM is rated IP67 meaning it can withstand immersion for at least 30 minutes, while preventing water from clogging the microphone and is completely dust-tight.

The WM500 works with the Motorola cloud-based broadband PTT service – Motorola WAVE PTX™.  You can leave your TLK100 in your pocket while retaining access to key PoC functionality.  Located at your shoulder, the RSM enables you to conveniently send and receive audio calls, change talkgroups, reach features using shortcuts, and set up four operational status messages.  Essentially, the RSM serves as a wearable speakerphone for your PTT device.

Designed to reduce distortion, cancel background noise and suppress device feedback, the RSM ensures you can hear and be heard.
